Episode 227: Sci-Fi Pie Guy

This episode contains: We record the day before Thanksgiving. Devon is going to a friend’s house to party for Thanksgiving, but now they all have kids. Steven is going to have a more traditional Thanksgiving. Steven explains why software gets “patched.”

Life, Uh, Finds A Way: Devon has been reading a dinosaur book: The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs by Stephen L. Brusatte. Devon never had a good base of knowledge regarding dinosaurs. He didn’t even know they lived in the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous. Devon then talks about an article about the discovery of the earliest long necked dinosaur. The dinosaur was found when a mom called her paleontologist son about some fossils his uncle had found on his property.

Sci-Fi: Steven is playing Fallout 76. He doesn’t think it’s as bad as everyone else. We are both still playing Red Dead Redemption and enjoying it. We don’t have a lot of sci-fi going on right now. Any suggestions?
